Really stupid taking photos there. Russia has a public indecency law and it involves jail time. That looks like the front of Moscow State University. Whoever published/took these photos is looking at serious jail time if caught.

They are art in photos, it is not porn, it is at
night without an audience and you talk
about indecency. There is no crime in these
photos. Be concerned if in a country people
cannot express their dissent and are
imprisoned by an authoritarian ruler.
